Sourcing a Snooker Table, Convertible Snooker Dining Table, American Pool Table, English Pool Table or Convertible Snooker Dining Table for delivery and installation overseas

Standard accessory packs are available to purchase with all fcsnooker tables. These packs are provided at a cost price price only for customers ordering tables from fcsnooker and are designed to ensure that you can play all shots on your table once it is installed.

There are however a huge array of additional products available to support and compliment your table purchase. We will need to establish the full range of products required in order to accurately assess the size of the parcels to be transported overseas.

Having established the table and level of accessories required then you will need to communicate your full delivery and contact address details including postcode / zip code details.

Shipping prices are based on the weight and volumetric size of the consignment based on your delivery address in relation to the location of our company premises.

fcsnooker have a number of preferred shipping partners whose services we offer subject to the destination country and customers shipping needs and requirements. Goods will be transported by road freight or sea freight subject to the location of the delivery address.

Air freight is also available, but is generally far more expensive and to be avoided.

Due to the size and weight of snooker and pool slate it is highly recommended that when the products arrive at your home the delivery vehicle has a tail-lift for ease of off-loading.

Delivery vehicles with tail-lifts are an advanced delivery service and the costs are higher to deliver goods professionally in this way.

As standard fcsnooker quote for delivery vehicles to be provided with tail-lift and pump trucks provided, but can ask shipping operators for a lesser service should manpower be available to safely unload the table weights upon arrival at the delivery location.

Shipping operators will not collect and transport international freight unless it is professionally boxed, packed and crated suitable for overseas export.

Packing and crating charges vary subject to the size and specification of the table ordered. A quotation for this part of the service will be provided by fcsnooker as the service is fully discussed.

fcsnooker individually wrap and box each component part of the table. Once each item is bubble and cardboard wrapped then all boxes are packed in MDF and Chipboard boxes, tie wrapped when applicable and finally palleted for ease of movement via fork-lift trucks.

Shipping operators will not collect and transport international freight unless it is fully insured for damage whilst in transit.

Insurance covers for damage on the door to door freight of the products, but does not cover for a force majeur, ie an act of terrorism, the ship sinking, a hurricane, tidal wave, etc.

The shipping quotation provided will include the insurance premium. If organising your own shipping then please note that you may have to take out a seperate insurance policy to cover the goods in transit.

You now have two options available to you.

Option One - Contact a local snooker or pool table supplier and ask them to meet the goods upon arrival on site at your home and complete the table installation for you. This would then end fcsnooker's involvement in the service.

Option Two - Ask fcsnooker to provide a quotation to provide a professional table installation for you.

If choosing Option Two and should you require fcsnooker table engineers to travel to your country and install the goods then you will need to consider the following;

fcsnooker are situated in the North West of England approximately 40 miles away from Manchester International aiport and approximately 35 miles from John Lennon Airport at Liverpool.

Heathrow and Gatwick airports are approximately 220 miles and 270 miles to the South respectively.

The customers location and the availability of flight operators to the nearest overseas airport will impact on the most appropriate departure airport.

Table fitters will need collecting from the airport after their flight arrives in the country that the table installation will take place.

Collected and then transported to the hotel accomodation close to the customers chosen delivery address. fcsnooker fitters can make their own way to the hotels if required, but private vehicle hire and fuel, rail costs or taxi costs would be chargeable to the customers account.

Accomodation to be organised and paid for by the customer for the duration of the table engineers stay.

Subject to the size of table ordered, the degree of difficulty to install, the length of time away and the number of fitters required, these fees vary across installations.

English Pool tables for example can be confidently ordered and shipped without the requirement of fcsnooker table fitters to travel. Instruction for the installation can be provide by email or documented within the consignment.

Due to the level of expertise and experience required to install slate bed sanooker tables and convertible snooker dining tables a proffessional installation service will be required, either from your own local fitters or by contracting fcsnooker to fly out, follow the goods and install on site.

All overseas customers must make payment against an irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit established with and confirmed by a Bank in England, or payment by a transfer of funds prior to despatch of any goods, either directly into our Bank Account, please see bank information shown below.

All bank charges in the United Kingdom and overseas together with local taxes, customers duties and other fees due at destination are the overseas customers responsibility.

Payment in full is required before fcsnooker can release the packed and crated goods to the shipping agents.
